At the Reno Vineyard we believe that Small Groups play a central role in the building of people and in expanding our ability to disciple and release more workers into the field.  Our goal is to see most of our church engaged in a small group during the week.  These may be groups that meet in homes on a weekly basis or a similar type group that meets on a regular basis (e.g. in a coffee shop).  Our responsibility is to develop and care for people, and to teach them to do the same in return.
